Susan Calman wore one of my Nessie hats in her 2021 Channel 5 series 'Grand Day Out' and a 'Helen' (named after her campervan) hat in her second series.
This has generated a LOT of interest in my work: many thanks to all who have bought hats from me. I am a one woman business and have been overwhelmed with the response!
I can usually get hats made and posted (and I always use First Class mail) within a fortnight but at busier times such as Christmas this can take a bit longer.
Due to pressure of work I do not issue confirmation of orders: if your PayPal receipt has arrived OK rest assured you're on my 'to make' list! I know this isn't ideal but I'd rather be making hats than sitting at my computer acknowledging your orders. I hope you understand. If you are really concerned about where your hat is or need it for a birthday etc then do get in touch ad I'll let you know where your order is on my queue and when I'm hoping to dispatch it by.

By the way... my prices include postage costs TO UK ADDRESSES ONLY. If you would like me to send a hat overseas get in touch and I'll let you know how much it would be to your part of the world. As a guide, to send one hat to the USA or Australia would be a total for hat and postage of £33, to send two hats a total of £60.
